When you sign in using Google or Discord, we collect the following information provided by those services:
- Name (used as your default display name)
- Email address (used for authentication only, never displayed publicly)
- Profile image (used as your avatar if no custom avatar is selected)
Your email address is never visible to other users.
We also collect content you create on the platform: saved recipes (Lab Book), blueprint layouts, team data and settings, feedback and survey responses.
We use your information to:
- Authenticate your account
- Sync your data across devices
- Send transactional emails (account-related notifications)
- Improve the platform based on usage and feedback
- Track page visits for authenticated users to improve the platform experience (pages visited, navigation paths). This data is linked to your account and is deleted when you delete your account.
We use Resend to send transactional emails on our behalf. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how users interact with the platform. No personally identifiable information is shared with Vercel Analytics.
We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and platform improvement purposes.
Your data is stored on Vercel (hosting and deployment) and Neon PostgreSQL (database). All data is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.
We retain your personal data and User Content for as long as your account is active. Visit tracking data (pages visited, navigation paths) is retained for a maximum of 6 months and automatically purged thereafter. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.
You have the right to:
- Access your data - Download all personal information we hold about you at any time from your account settings.
- Delete your account - Permanently delete your account and all associated data through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@schedule1-lab.com.
When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently removed from our systems, including your profile, recipes, blueprints, deals, inventory, team memberships, and any other content you created on the platform. This action is irreversible.
We process your data under the following legal bases: (a) contractual necessity - to provide the service you signed up for; (b) legitimate interest - to improve and secure the platform; (c) consent - for optional features such as newsletters. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
